Ray Paolantonio

Ray is a results-oriented management consultant with strong interpersonal and communication skills, which have resulted in long-standing, trusted relationships with senior leadership. He spent the greater part of his career working with large multi-national companies such as Viacom and J. Walter Thompson, and with prominent professional services firms such as Ernst & Young and Focal Point Data Risk.

Ray has decades of experience building and managing dynamic teams that deliver exceptional services in the audit and advisory space. Throughout his career, Ray has developed and implemented effective and efficient strategies for process improvement, revenue growth, enhanced technology solutions, improved governance and control frameworks, and cost reduction across a diverse client base.

Ray leads Altum’s business development initiatives and overall growth strategy.

Ray is a CUNY Brooklyn College graduate, and a CPA in the State of New York.
